Amanda Peet Baby

BABY IN STUDIO 60 ~ According the the New York Post's Page Six, actor Amanda Peet and her husband, screenwriter David Benioff, are the proud new parents of a baby girl on February 23rd. Frances Pen is the couple's first child who wed in September of 2006. Peet is starring on the NBC series Studio 60 and Benioff wrote the screenplays for Troy and 25th Hour.

PAISLEY BABY ~ Country star Brad Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, welcomed their first child, a son in Nashville on February 22nd. The couple have been married in March of 2003. Kimberly currently is on the ABC show According to Jim and was in both Father of the Bride movies. Brad is currently touring the United States promoting his latest album. According to CMT.com the baby's name is William Huckleberry and he will be called Will.

Jordan Knight Baby

FORMER NEW KID MEMBER HAS NEW KID ~ Former New Kids on the Block singer Jordan Knight and his wife, Evelyn, have welcomed their second child and second son. According to People.com, Eric Jacob arrived on Wednesday night in Boston. Reportedly, Knight's older son, Dante Jordan, age 7, was so excited to meet his baby brother that he didn't sleep until he got to see him. Knight has had success as a solo artist and has been a participant on reality t.v. shows The Surreal Life and The Surreal Life Fame Games.

Marcia Cross Babies

TV STARS DOUBLE FEATURE ~ Desperate Housewives actor Marcia Cross became a mom on Tuesday, welcoming fraternal twin daughters confirmed exclusively to People.com. Eden and Savannah are the first children for Marcia and her husband Tom Mahoney who were married in June of 2006. Marcia was put on bed rest as a precautionary measure in January. ABC brought the show to her to continue filming. The Set Designers painted her bedroom and Bree's furniture from Wisteria Lane was delivered in order to transform Marcia's bedroom into her character's Master Suite.

Kristy Swanson Baby


SKATING WITH CELEBRITIES OFFSPRING ~ Kristy Swanson & Lloyd Eisler welcomed a son yesterday according to People.com. Magnus Hart Swanson Eisler was born at 1:36 p.m. in Los Angeles and weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz. This is the first child for Kristy and Lloyd's third (he has two children from a previous marriage). Swanson, probably best known for her role in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie, and Eisler, a former Olympian met last year while filming the FOX reality competition Skating With Celebrities. Their romance created a scandal in the skating community as Eisler was married at the time and his wife was pregnant with their second child, the couple have since divorced and Swanson and Eisler plan to wed, but there has been no date set.

Clare Bowditch Babies


TWINS ~ Australian musician Clare Bowditch and her partner Marty Brown welcomed twin boys back in January. Oscar and Elijah are the new little brothers for 3 year old Asha. On Clare's official site dated February 1st, there is a posting under the news section; "Well, it's finally happened! Last week, Clare (with the help of Marty) gave birth, very naturally, to two very big twins, Oscar and Elijah. Clare says it didn't hurt one bit, although she could be lying. She will be writing up the boys' birth story in detail as an open letter later in the month. Weighing in at 8 and 7 pounds, the boys are at home and in fantastic form, being mainly taken care of by their big sister Asha, who seems to have it all under control. Work on the new album will recommence in a couple of months when Marty finally begins producing enough milk to feed both the twins (at the moment he's really struggling to keep up). In the meantime, thank you for all your kind words and well wishes. xo xo xo".

Bowditch was one of the founding members of folk band Red Raku before venturing out as a solo artist. She lived in Canada in 2000/2001 to study ethnomusicology and songwriting. In 2006 she won and ARIA award for Best Female Artist.

THE McTWINS HAVE ARRIVED ~ Patrick Dempsey who plays Dr. Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on Grey's Anatomy, his wife Jillian and big sister Talula welcomed twin boys according to People.com. Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick arrived on February 1st in Los Angeles. The boys are named after their father, Galen is Patrick's middle name. Dempsey and his wife who is a stylist and cosmetics designer have been married since 1999.
